Covid-19 - What to expect at Diane Honeyman

At Diane Honeyman we are committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff, brides and guests. In line with the latest Government Covid-19 guidelines our boutique will operate under our ‘’new’’ normal conditions.

  • We look forward to welcoming you into our newly decorated boutique
  • We want to ensure that you enjoy your appointment
  • We are determined to ensure that you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable as you choose your dream bridal gown
  • To help ensure your safety and allow you, your guest and our staff to be more relaxed we are installing an innovative air and surface purification system that inactivates virus and bacteria from the air and from surfaces
  • However in addition to the air and surface purification system we are also introducing other safety measures so you can feel confident as you make your dream selection.
  • Our boutique and dressing rooms will be methodically and very thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every morning and between every appointment

However, although we very much look forward to welcoming you to our boutique we request that if either you or your guest in any way feels unwell that you contact us and reschedule your appointment. Also please contact us if you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days or you are awaiting Covid-19 testing or have only returned to the UK from another country in the past 14 days

Our Undertaking to You

The Diane Honeyman team will have their temperatures taken on a daily basis and will be asked to stay home if they feel in any way unwell.

All Diane Honeyman staff will wear protective face coverings, gloves and aprons to help ensure the safety and well-being of our brides and other staff members. In addition they will very regularly use our hand sanitizers

Every gown, hoop, veil and headdress will be sanitized after try ons by brides. Nothing will be tried on by another bride until it has been sanitized

Ordering of Wedding Gowns - Update June 2020

For all brides planning a wedding later this year or in 2021 - NOW is the time to be ordering your gown. We understand that this may be a surprise and you may not yet be planning to order your gown but for it to be ready on time then NOW is the time to order.

We always advise brides to order gowns well in advance BUT never has that been more important than now. If you consider ~ firstly you order your special gown, thereafter fabrics and trim are organised by the designer before the drafting and production time is reserved’. This ‘’planning’’ and shipping of the gown can normally take 6 months. However at this time bridal houses have been closed across the world and there is a large pent-up of demand and a backlog as we now all return to the ‘’new’’ normal.

We will do everything we possibly can to secure your ‘’dream’’ gown but please help us by ordering well in advance of your wedding date
